The PQRIwizard offers eligible professionals a fast, convenient, and cost-effective online solution to collect and report quality measure data under the CMS PQRI Incentive payment program via Registry. Similar to online tax preparation software, the PQRIwizard helps guide you through a few easy steps to help rapidly collect, validate, report, and submit the results to CMS for payment. And, instead of having to collect 80% of all of your eligible Medicare patients, the PQRIwizard registry uses the Measure Group approach so that you only have to collect 30† patient visits to create your report for the entire year!
